Scope and operator
스택루트 operates this Astrowall website and handles email support. This policy also explains local app processing. Contact: sjl22951227@gmail.com. Apple handles App Store and Apple account data under its own policies.
Website access
No own account system, checkout, file upload, advertising trackers or visitor analytics are used. Search and layout examples run in your browser. Our site code does not use cookies or local storage; language is selected through page URLs. Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and may process IP addresses, request times/URLs and browser information for delivery, security and troubleshooting under Cloudflare’s policies.
Support email
Email address, message and any device details, logs or screenshots you send are used to resolve and answer your request. Gmail provides email service. We do not normally request unnecessary personal data or original videos. Support material is deleted within 90 days after resolution, except where legal retention duties or dispute handling require limited retention; the reason and period will be explained.
Local app processing
Imported media is copied into app storage. Wallpaper playback, AI and composition run on your Mac without uploading original videos to an operator inference server. You manage local files. Window coverage uses window geometry, not screenshot analysis or collection of window titles. Display and playback settings are stored locally for restoration.
Purchases
The app uses Apple StoreKit signed transactions and the original purchase time for access checks, without a separate developer account or purchase-verification server. The last checked time is stored in device Keychain to detect trial-clock rollback. The operator does not collect payment credentials or Apple account passwords.
External services and your requests
External links and email use the providers’ policies. Access to support material is restricted to what is needed. See the Cloudflare and Google privacy policies linked below. Email sjl22951227@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of support data; minimal identity verification may be required. The operator cannot remotely read or delete media stored only on your device.
Changes
Material changes to data handling will be reflected here and communicated where needed. Introducing analytics, online sync or a separate verification server would require updated disclosures. Effective date: 2026-09-21.
